How it works
- Send a request at least 3 days out. Sooner than that, send a rush request.
- We confirm within 24 hours. If we can do it, you get a link to pay. The pickup address and hours are on your receipt.
- Bring the card you paid with and a photo ID. We put a hold on that card for the value of the gear, up to $1,500, until it's back.
- Bring it back on your return day. Late days cost the day rate.
Multi-day rates
1 day is the day rate. 2 or 3 days is 1.5 times. 4 to 7 days is 3 times. A Friday pickup with a Monday return counts as 3 days.
Cancelling
7 or more days before pickup, you get it all back. After that, half.
